Order

What payment methods are available?

We accept all common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna.

My size/color is out of stock - can I still order?

We're delighted you enjoy our products. If an item is shown as sold out in the shop, it is indeed no longer available. Please understand that we cannot send notifications or answer individual inquiries. Depending on production, it can take up to 6 months for new stock to arrive – so feel free to check our shop regularly.

I ordered a wrong item, how can I cancel it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at shop@indicode.com or 0151-174 359 54.

If the order is already with logistics, we can no longer process the data. If you don't like an item, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery using the enclosed return label, as long as it is unworn, undamaged, and fully labeled.

I received the wrong item, what can I do?

If you have received an incorrect item, please return it to us unworn and with all tags attached using the enclosed free returns label and reorder the desired item.

Due to our very high volume of orders, such mix-ups can unfortunately occur in rare cases – we apologize for this.

Order via Zalando & Co. – who should I contact?

If you ordered your item via Zalando or another online platform, we will, of course, be happy to assist you. However, please note that in this case, the respective platform, and not us, is your contractual partner. Therefore, we ask you to first contact the customer service of the platform.

Should you still require assistance afterwards, please contact us with your order number and a precise description of the incident – we will then take care of your request at: shop@indicode.com.

Why isn't Klarna working for me?

For each order, we automatically check which payment methods are available to you. Unfortunately, we ourselves have no way to manually enable a specific payment method like Klarna. For data protection reasons, we also cannot see why Klarna is not offered in your case.

Please check if there are any outstanding orders and settle them. If your delivery and billing addresses do not match, you can adjust them before completing the order.

If the problem persists, we recommend that you contact Klarna's customer service directly.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders are immediately processed by logistics and usually shipped on the same day the order is placed. The parcel is shipped within Germany with Hermes or DHL and should be delivered within 3 working days. Where is my package?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number from us once your package has left our warehouse. With this number, you can check the status at any time using DHL tracking. If you ordered from abroad, you can find an overview of our shipping service providers here: Where is my package?.

If your package has still not arrived and cannot be located, please contact us no earlier than 5 business days at shop@indicode.com or by phone at 0151-174 359 54. We will then arrange for tracking with the shipping service provider. For this, we will need a completed affidavit from you, which we will gladly provide.

I entered a wrong delivery address, what can I do?

If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@indicode.com or by phone at 0151-174 359 54. If your order is already in logistics, we unfortunately cannot change the data anymore.

In this case, the incorrect address automatically leads to a return by the shipping service provider. As soon as the return has arrived with us, we will treat it like a normal return – you will receive a refund of the purchase amount.

We currently ship to the following countries:

How long does shipping take?

The shipping time for INDICODE is usually 1–3 business days within Germany. Deliveries abroad can generally take 2-8 business days. 



As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. This way, you can keep an eye on the location of your package at all times.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

All available shipping options, including their respective costs, will be displayed during checkout. 

Shipping is free for all countries we deliver to for orders over 79€.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return my order?

The free return label is included in your package. If it is missing, please contact our customer service at shop@indicode.com to receive a new one. Before returning the package, please remove or black out any labels on it.

Please note that we have no influence over how long it takes for your return to reach us. Depending on the shipping service provider, this can take 5–7 business days. You can track your return at any time using your proof of postage. Once the package has reached us, we will need approximately 2–3 business days to process and refund your order.

How do I complain about an item?

If you are not satisfied with an item or would like to make a complaint, we will be happy to help you. Please note, however: screen displays may differ slightly in color from the original, and as we develop our collections semi-annually, there may be small differences in seams or fabric composition. Slight pulled threads are normal and not a direct reason for complaint.

If you don't like an item, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, undamaged and fully tagged.

For genuine complaints, please send us your order number and meaningful photos to shop@indicode.com. We will then examine the case individually within the framework of legal provisions.

You can reach us personally on our toll-free mobile number 0151-174 359 54 from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Outside of these service hours, you can reach us by email: shop@indicode.com. We process all inquiries as quickly as possible. In individual cases, however, processing can take up to 48 hours. Our service center is not staffed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
