With the return label in the package, your return will always go to the right address - free of charge, of course. The credit will be issued within 10 days after we receive your package.

If you want to return an item, please use the free return label enclosed with the shipment.

SHIPPING
You can return the items within 30 days. Hand in the package, franked with the enclosed return label, to a DHL branch, DHL Paketstation or Deutsche Post of your choice within these 30 days.

REFUND
As soon as we have received the items, we will process them, check them and release them for reimbursement as soon as possible. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.
